“This project took place at two locations in Venice, the church of San Fantin and the San Stae courtyard which is located on the Grand Canal. Lighting implementation had to be supervised by boat. Each one of its 6x6 meter panels is comprised of a mosaic of wooden eggs, painted by people from over 42 countries detailing their sins and dreams. This project exhibited 8 panels. The final work will reference the Van Eyck brothers altar piece in Ghent and be 134 meters long and 92 meters high and be made up of 3,640,000 eggs. Talk about your mEGGapixels... (groan!)”
