“We used a lighting console in the attic of the villa to control the ten rooms of the exhibition. It ran video and light and controlled the media servers linked to the audio via time code. The audience was free to move around the entire villa as the performers moved furtively from room to room. To program the show we brought the console to each room, connected over a network, to build the components of the performance. It was impossible to have a total view the show all at once - just pieces.”
